A romantic drama about work and love at the National Weather Service office, hotter than a tropical night and more unpredictable than the local heavy rains.
Jin Ha Kyung is an intelligent and highly organized individual who does everything with books and fusses about keeping his personal and professional lives separate. Due to her cold demeanor, she has few friends at work and has become an “outsider by choice”.
Lee Shi Woo is a free soul who always thinks outside the box. Although he looks awkward, he boasts an impressive IQ of 150 and is able to achieve anything once he decides to do so. However, despite his intelligence and abilities, all he cared about was the weather.
Han Ki Joon is a handsome and intelligent character with a silver tongue. Using his extraordinary powers of persuasion, Han Ki Joon is finally scouted by the spokesman’s office after struggling in the early days of his career in the service. However, since he had lived his entire life as an exemplary student, he had difficulty dealing with failure.
